'slurge' (a portmanteau of 'slow' and 'purge') and consists of the word 'purge' taken from the original track and then time-stretched out to 30 minutes duration, hence slow purge. to echo this, slurge's album cover takes a single line of pixels from the original purge artwork, and similarly stretches this out : to the height of the original. #slurge
